| There is the Imperial Residence covering the vast area in the heart of Tokyo. People are not allowed to enter into there, so, it seems to be not existing to normal citizen's eye. But oeople sometimes take oleasure to walk along the waterways around the Imperial Residence. Government buildings are located near the residence.
